Mar 25/03  This is 'Salem' - he was a 4 yro male w/docked tail and cropped ears.  I picked up this dog today and went straight to the vets - the suffering that this animal has suffered is beyond words. The vets were mortified to find previously broken ribs that had healed wrong, plus numerous other long standing injuries, during their examination he never offered to growl or bite, he just stood and wagged his little stub - on their recommendation, I held this wonderful dog and helped to end his suffering.

As there is an investigation ongoing regarding this dog, I'm not permitted to provide any other details - but suffice it to say that ....
