July 2/01 'Buddy' is approx 11 months old, neutered, utd on all shots, just needs heartworm testing, evaluating and most importantly a forever home.   He has natural ears and tail.  Buddy was dropped off at the end of a driveway in Colborne and the people who lived there have given Buddy a home for approx two months.  But with two of their own dogs and two small children they did not feel they could keep him.   Buddy is travelling to a new foster home near Hamilton. Sept 15/01 Buddy has been adopted!  Ginny and John saw Buddy's picture on the website and e-mailed for more info. They gladly filled out an online adoption form and proceeded to go and see Buddy at the foster home very promptly.  It was a love at first sight match up for the group.  Arrangements were made for him to go home and everyone was very happy.  All of a sudden there was a complication thrown in that had not been anticipated.  Ginny and John had visitors from England and were not aware that one visitor was absolutely terrified of dogs!  What to do??  Buddy was due home that weekend?  The foster home gladly kept Buddy another two weeks while the visitors were in town and he FINALLY went home on the 5th of September.  He will have a good family to love him and grandchildren to play with which is a whole site better than wandering along with nowhere to go. Many thanks to Pat and Peter for fostering him while a forever home was found for him
