Second Chance Bouviers of Michigan SCBdFC Rescue Program The Southern California Bouvier des Flandres Club rescue site. Bouviers & Friends of Florida American Bouvier Rescue League A National rescue organization dedicated to the rescue and rehoming of Bouviers in need. Our regional coordinators are a good resource for all topics regarding the Bouvier des Flandres. We are a tax exempt non-profit organization.
